LimaBARBARA A. RUSH, 69, died at 8:45 p.m. Aug. 7, 2000, at St. Rita’s Medical Center.She was born Dec. 1ft 1930, in Lima to Homer May ron and Elvera Patton Maywhoor. In 1950 she married James W Rush Sr., whodied on Oct. 18,1985.Mrs. Rush was a homemaker. She was a member of Veterans of Fbr-eign Wars Post 1275 Auxiliary,Women of the Moose Lodge 52, Fraternal Orderfof Eagles Aerie 370 Auxiliary and AmericanLegion Post 96Auxiliary.Survivors include three sons,James WilliamRush III and Michael Ray Rush, both of Lima, and Carl Thomas Rush of Ohio; two daughters, Molly Jo Rush of Scott and Barbara (Ibdd) Avery of Wapakoneta; two sisters, Louise L. Lawrence of Lima and Betty Schindler of Cairo; 10 grandchildren and four greatgrandchildren.She was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert T., Russell E. and Carl Maywhoor.Services will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at Siferd Funeral Homes, Westwood Chapel. The Rev. Thompson will officiate. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, where an American Legion Auxiliary service will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday and FOE Auxiliary services will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday and VFW 1275 Auxiliary services at 7 p.m. Thursday.Memorial contributions may be made to the National Heart Association.
