Area Soldiers Reported as POW:Prisoner Exchange Siated fo SfarfNext WednesdayCommunist and United Nations negotiators have set Wednesday as the starting date for the exchange of 87,000 prisoners of war.The exchange at Panmunjom will free 400 U.K. troops among the 12,763 now held captive by the Keels each day. The Allies will return 2.750 daily.Included in the number now held by the Reds are 3.333 Americans.
