(CP).—The Hawaii clipper prepared to leave today for Honolulu and Manila, inaugurating airplane passenger service between the Cnited States and Asia.A crew of seven, commanded byCapt. R. H. Dahlstrom, and severalpassengers, including two who willfly around the world, were to board the Pan American Airways flying boat here.At Manila, passengers will transfer to the Hong Kong clipper to continue to the Asian coast. Some of the passengers were to leave the plane at Honolulu.Frederick Emerson. Auburn. N. Y.. shoe manufacturer, who hopes to fly around the world in 16 days, was among the passengers. He planned to fly from Hong Kong to Germany by Imperial Airways, and return to America on the dirigible lliuden-bu r g.Fi nest Ha wood, a Raleigh, N. C..attorney, also was on a flight aroundthe world.
