Soldier® from Fort McKinney to Suppress the Cowboy War.Chbyenxk, Wy„ April 13.—Gov. Barber last night received a telegram from Presi* dent Harrison in answer to a request for United States troops to assist in the settle rnent of the trouble between Wyoming rustlers and cattlemen, stating that he hau ordered the secretary of war to furnish a sufficient lorce of soldiers to go to the scene-to aid the authorities in restoring peace.
