Two Laredo Young Men Have Entered Service cf Uncle Ssm, One In Army and Other in Navy.Eugene Christen jn receipt of advices from Toledo, Ohio, that, his two sons, .Toe and James Christen,both holding lucrative positions inthat, city, have answered the. call to the eolors and are now among the fighting men of Uncle Sam's army and navy.•Too Christen, who held a responsible posftion with the MHburn Co., has joined the United Stales army and boon assigned to the quartermaster's department, while .lames Christen, who held a position with a big mechanical concern, has joined the navy as a member of the “mos* qulto fleet” ami is already somewhere” on the Atlantic looking for German submarines. Tn enlisting both the Christen boys put their places of residence as Laredo,Texas.”
