Serious charges are current against General Carrington, ami it is said that a j commission will soon sit to investigate his conduct as commander of the draft rendezvous. It is alleged fhai the General has j failed to account for moneys, to the amount of twenty or thirl}' thousand dollars,'placed mitts hands by volunteers and substitutes It is said that Lieutenant Flowers, of whom it was the intention to make a witness, has disappeared.
