Mr Ladd states his regiment was reviewedby Governor Strong, who wonld not let them go out of the State of Massachusetts, but kept them to watch Boston harbor, at Cambridge, Dorchester Heights and Boston. On the 23d of March, 1820, he was man led to Hannah Webster atNew Lebanon, New York. They are nowliving in Milan township, in this county,where they have lived for forty-five years, and think of living with the good people of Milan some time to come.
