They are also instructed to decline to pay orders draiwn up them by German offices on or after the 6th day of April.Another order prohibits the sending of letters, packages or. other mat! matter from the United States to Germany or her colonies. oPstmast-ers are instructed to refuse any mail in addition ' for Austria Hungary, Luxembourg, Bulgaria and Tuurkey, which requires thansit through Germany.
