Due to the fact that many applicants for stenographer,typists fail to accept after qualifying for duty in Washington, D. C., it has i become necessary to assign new quotas for this district, and women between the ages of 18 and 53 who! are willing to accept appointment i in Washington either as stenogra- I phers or typists, are urged to apply ; at once to the local secretary, J.
