Sailor’s Body Sent to Parents In Sawdust, Forrestal Is ToldWASHINGTON, April 9 (APV-Rep. E. A. Hall (R.-N. Y.) said he had lodged a “most vehement” protest with Secretary of the Navy James V. Forrestal regarding the “lamentable” condition in which the body of a sailor killed m a California plane crash last month had been received by his parents.The body of Melvin S. van Riper was delivered to his parents in Twin Orchards, N.
