JUDGB GLENN STRICKEN.WICHITA, Kas.,. April 4.—Judge Archibald Glenn, 82, city treasurer, who is suf-tering with nervous collapse, Is no better. He was a personal friend of Abraham Lincoln and was lieutenant-governor of Illinois in 1878. Glenn spent his entire fortune working for Henry Clay for president anu again becoming rich, dropped a second fortune in the Wichita boom. Since then Wichita people have kept him continuously in office.
