CLAVERIE — Manon Frenchie” Claverie, 83, a resident of Albuquerque 18 wars and a longtime New Mexico resident, passed away Thursday He is survived by his wife, Dora Cleavene of the home, a daughter, Ramona Clavene Juarez of Albuquerque; a granddaughter, Dolly Wier of Albuquerque, a brother, Leon Clavene of Oakland, Calif, and a sister, Josephine Vayssie of San Francisco. Calif . and nieces and nephews He was a retired rancher and oowboy, mule skinner and homesteader in northern New Mexico He was also a miner He w as an employe of the Atomic Energy Commission in Los Alamos, a conser vatiomst, and a humanitarian, a man of unrelenting integrity He came to this country from France at the age of 17. Arrangements will be announcedby French Mortuary, 1111 University NE.
