R. AND MRS. Joe C. Kelley ofTaft were notified this weekby the navy department that their son, Floyd, 28, pharmacist’s mate first class, was among those .aboard the missing United States cruiser Houston, believed sunk in the battle of Java.Kelley, who had served in the navy 13 years, also leaves a sister, Miss Louise Kelley, also of Taft, and a brother, Joseph, of the Los Aneeles nolice department.
