Shaw, of Bexar county, yesterday afternoon tiled suit iu^he Forty-fifth district cmirt against the A men can Cen-irnl Lire Insurance company, of Indianapolis. Ind.Plaintiff was the wife of Felix M. Shaw, who died in tliis city on July 17. February IS. 700S, Felix 3YL Shaw was issued a policy by the defendant for 310,000.
