Revenue was up bv $2,354 over the previous year. The association wound up with a $25,000 surplus after paying out $0,000 m club assistance.The Association approved a suggestion by J. Harper Parry, sccrc-tary-managcr of the Western and Saskatchewan junior hockey leagues, to eliminate the import border between Alberta and Saskatchewan in Juntor hockey.Under the plan each club m each province would be permuted to I pick up unattached juniors from I the neighboring province
