World hockeydead issue'WINNIPEG CP)—The Canadian Amateur Hockey Association board of directors bypassed further discussion this weekend on Canada’s participation in Olympic hockey, saying it is “a dead issue.”While the directors did not dwell on Olympic hockey during their three days of meetings here, they did appoint former president Fred Page of Vancouver as a director-at-large and approved several overseas trips for Canadian teams, including a minor team from Brandon.
