West duke it out for Greenbrier titleGreenbrier East 37 Greenbrier West 21CHARMCO - A balanced and overwhelming rushing attack led Greenbrier East past Greenbrier West 37-21 Friday night.John Lynch led the Spartans with 119 yards on 21 carries. Jesse Bennett had 92 yards on 11 attempts and Matt Winkfield rushed five times for 91 yards. Each scored a touchdown.Bobby Jones carried 28 times for 111 yards and three touchdowns.Greenbrier East is off next week. Greenbrier West hosts Summers County next week.four fumbles and two interception from the Travellers.Meadow Bridge will host Valley next week. Gauley Bridge will host Mount Hope.Shady Spring 46 PikeView 6GARDNER - Josh Yancey had 334 yards in total offense and was one of two 200-plus Shady Spring rushers in the Tigers' 46-6 victory Friday night.Yancey scored four times on an 80-yard punt return and rushes of 71, 6 and 81 yards.
