Amateur Hockey Association ! said Friday he sees no alterna* : tive but to suspend from play 1 elsewhere in Canada any hock- ' ey player who joins a team in the newly - formed Canadian Major Junior Hockey League.Fred Page of Nanaimo said the league, made up of teams . from Edmonton, Calgary, Regina and other prairie centres, is not recognized by the CAHA.In Vernon for the annual meeting of the B.C. Amateur ! Hockey Association, Mr. Page ' said the CAHA executive would meet in Toronto next week to : discuss the new league.About 125 delegates are attending the B.C. association’s meeting.President Leo Margolis toldthe opening session Friday night there is a growing administration problem in the BCAHA because of “fantastic” increases in the number of players in the province.
