FUNERAL OF MR. JOHN LA WSON A T FOUR FA THS(From our Correspondent.)FOt’R PATHS, Sept. 12.—A very large and sympathetic gathering was present at the funeral of Mr.John Lawton (Sr.) a prominentcitizen of this township.Mr. Lawson was closely associated with all matters pertaining to the progress of Four Paths and Clarendon at large. As a Deacon of the Congregational Church ha stood for sincere devotiou to duty amidst all the manifested changes.Tha lUv. Allen carried out thafuneral rite; his eulogy will ever be remembered by all who heard it.A link connecting the pre pnt with the past has been severed; years will not suffice to forge another of such strength.
