Beereiary,There were a Dumber of mad travelers at Lu Yerne Monday evening, among them Judge Bailie, John Yaughn and our colored ball team. They were cornipg north on the M. So St. L. and expected to catch the N. W. train at Lu Yerne, but their train was a little late and arrived at the station only a little before the N. W, train arrived at its station. They phoned the N. W. to wait fur them and took the bus and were coming on the gallop and had reached within a few rods of the N. W. depot when the train pulled out, Then they were obliged to hire teams and drive up. The Brownies .walked it, though r.hp roads were covered with slush and there was a drizzling rain all tho Unjr..
