Fan Sues WrestlerA fan - sued a professional wrestler in Law Court Wednesday, charging the fighter deliberately kicked him in the face.Spectator Samuel Ray Taylor claimed wrestler Karl Von Brainier “maliciously and without provocation kicked him during a match at the Civic Auditorium Sept 9 and injured his nose, moulh and teeth.Taylor asked for $1,500 damages.The fan said he was standing near the arena and the wrestler was outside the ring during the encounter. He charged Von Brauner was guilty of “gross negligence.The case will be heard In November.n
