Burk Junior Varsity Rolls Up 20-16 Win Over Wichita Falls HighBurkburnert junior varsity :halked up a 20-16 win over Wichita Falls High here Thursday night to boost its record to 1-1 on the season.Burkburnett scored two touchdowns in the third quarterto hand WFHS its second loss ofthe season.Wichita Falls took an 8-0 lead in the contest on a 70-yard punt return before Don Jones took a 36-yard pass from Beff Biggs to narrow the gap for Burk. Bob Bailey’s one-yard run and a 32-yard play by Jim Wilson inthe third quarter pushed Burk ahead to stay.The Wichita Falls Rowdiesmanaged a fourth period score when Carlos Morgan returned a Burkburnett kickoff 92 yards fora score.
