* * ★TORONTO (CP) — Torrence Wyl-lie, a former secretary to Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, was appointed as the new chairman of Hockey Canada, replacing Douglas Fisher who resigned the post.At the same meeting, the board approved the appointment of three new directors: Mr. Justice Willard Estey of the Supreme Court of Canada; Lou Lefaive, director of Spurts Canada and Pierre Cote of Quebec City.At Wednesday’s meeting the Canadian Amateur Hotkey Association also informed the board it was sending New Westminster Bruins, strengthened by six additional players, to the junior world championships in Sweden in December.★ * *
