Indianapolis, September 10.— Manuel Vieira, a Pacific coast featherweight, arrived in Indianapolis today looking for bouts. He is a Portuguese, born in Hawaii. He has been fighting about three years, and claims to have lost eight decisions in fifty-three battles. He is after any of the local pugs who looks like a 122-pounder.
