Referee stops matchMonday night wrestling in Gulfport opened Labor Day with the Gulf Coast top team belts championship match which ended in a no-contest afer the third fall got out of hand and was stopped by the ring official.Ken Lucas and Ricky Fields, current holders of the belts, went against Outlaw Eddie Sullivan and the Big Blue Yankee who jumped off to a good start by winning the first fall. Fields and Lucas evened the score in the second fall but the official was unable to handle the rough house tactics ./in the deciding falland stopped the match.Monday night’s card, which gets underway at 8:30 p.m. in the National Guard Arena on 30th avenue and 17th street is featuring a six man tag team match as the main event plus three other matches.Meeting in the top carded match will be Ken Lucas, Ricky Fields and Johnny Eagles who go against Mr. Ito, Eddie Sullivan and Big Blue Yankee.Gates open at 7 p.m.Wresting in Gulfport is sponsored by the Disabled American Veterans. ..
