The State Center high school Wildcats will be tackling an old rival of long standing when they take the field for the opening football game of the season at Nevada tomorrow night, September 9. The contest will be a Central Hawkeye Eight conference tilt for both teams.Coach Ralph Losee, who is employing the single wing formation here this season, has his lads in. top conditig* for the opener at Nevada Friday night. Veterans Dave Lively, Gayle Westphal, Duane Hilleman, Neil Sheppler, Jon Ward and Carroll Huff are almost certain starters in the line. The backfield duties will be taken care of pretty much by lettermen Russell York. Robert Vajgrt, Gary Steffensen, Roger Wykle, Jerry Malloy and Bruce Westphal.The Wildcats face the following
