Petaluma Rec Panel Forms Park Study CommitteesCommittees to study development of Lucchesi Park and plans for a new park near La Tercera School were set Thursday night by the Petaluma Recreation, Music and Parks Commission.3With $2,500 available for improvements to Lucchesi Park, the commission considered the development of a pre-school children’s play area and a picnicgrove near the baseball diamond-Commissioner Fred V.
