Trojan runnersets record atharrier inviteNEWCOMERSTOWN - Tusky Valley s John Sponaugle smashed the course record to win the Division I boys individual honors in the fourth annual Newcomerstown cross country invitational Saturday.The Trojan senior ran the 5,000-meter course in 15:17 to erase the standard of 15:58, set last year by Mark Albaugh of Claymont.New Philadelphia just missed claiming the team title in Division II, scoring 80 points behind champion Marietta with 78.
