The Van Dykes play the j Threlkelites today ana play the' Scott Motors tomorrow morning at j the same field. Claxton and Clay-. ton wall be the battery on.. Sunday j morning while Threlkel has not j announced his moundsmen and j probably will do so at game time. | Players ana Ians representing the j Jefferson Baseball association of ■ San Francisco will arrive this after -1 noon for a two-game series. They | will leave Monday night . The Jef- j fersons are considered the best ail-1 around baseball organisation in the -bay region and carry a fine squad j of ball players. ’ jThe fans will sec something new; in the traveling Van Dykes. They 1 are colored boys from the east and have other qualifications besides baseball.
