BALTIMORE (UPI) — The Baltimore Clippers of the Southern Hockey League named Larry Wilson Tuesday as general manager-coach for the upcoming season.Wilson, coach of Richmond the last four American Hockey League seasons, replaces Terry Reardon, who was assigned to “off-ice” management of the team after the Clippers switched from the AHL to theSHL earlier this month.Prior to the stint with the Richmond Wildcats, who also will be playing in the Southern Hockey League this season, Wilson coached the Providence Reds in 1971-72, winning a league title in 1971. He also had two championship years with the International League Dayton Gems before joining Providence.
