Dekes Take Page From Notre DameDelta Kappa Epsilon fraternity took a page from the book of Notre Dame last Sunday. When the Fighting Irish edged Oklahoma 7-0 on the Sooners Centennial, they broke a winning streak of 47 games. An eleven win streak was broken by a 14-1 DEKK victory over Sigma Alpha Mu.Hughie Moncrief got the stunning victory on its way by kicking a tumble over the SAM goal line and falling on the loose ball. After a sustained march from near mid-field, Dan Allen bolted over from the three yard line. Archie Cham kicked to Brian McNeil in the DEKE end-rone. McNeil was unable to get out and was rouged.Paul Morton and Avy Arenson were conspicuous by their absence in the SAM lineup. Both were out with injuries and were sorely missed. A defence lead by Nick Mitchell contained Terry Braunstcin and Marshall Peikoff.Kappa Sigma Kappa topped Zcta Psi 14-6 with Don White leading the way. White turned right end from 12 yards out and kicked for two single points. Rolf Berkfeld scoredZEBES. Hubble scored from his own SO yd. line on the third play of the game and plunged from the ZEBE five for a second major. John Embury did a snake dance down the sidelines from the 20 for another Phi Delt major. Kenny Found kicked two converts.2 Stores Tc* THE HIN WINfrom 10 yards out to round out the KSK scoring. Jim Conacher, ZETE Qb returned a KSK kick-off all the way for their lone touchdown. Peter Duke led a stout KSK defence.In the roughest game of the day, Delta Upsilon shut-out Sigma Lambda Phi, 8-0. Richard Driscoll swept right end from the SIG 10 yd. line for the lone touchdown. Norm Duncan kicked a single point and collected another point on a wide field goal attempt.
