MARGUERITE NORRIS WILLQUIT AS HOCKEY CHIEFDETROIT. Oct. 27.—4Pv—Marguerite Norris, sister of James D. Norris, head of the Norris sports empire, has resigned as president of the Detroit Red Wings to become vice president and a member of the Detroit hockey club’s board of directors. Her other brother, Bruce, will take over as president.
