Six-Man Football Conference(BY TOM BAGLEY)Dripping: Springs At It AgainThose up and coming lads from Dripping Springs broke their scoring record last Friday by smothering Dale 105 to 0. The hill country boys’ previous record was 98 points and the past week they boosted it seven points to set a new high of 105 pointsAgain the Dripping Springs aggregation featured the fast, hardhitting drives of Meyers. This boy is disappointed if he doesn’t make six to a dozen touchdowns per game. Meyers and the lads had complete control of things from the beginning to the end. Dripping Springs has a well balanced running backfield, but the question is, will they be able to stop a team with equal running power? So far, the answer is yes, but the season is only half over. Maxey and Spillar also looked good for Dripping SpringsDale fought to the finish, though they were whipped from the beginning. The Mustangs were never in scoring distance and seldom made yardage of any value, but even with this disastrous downfall, they remained the true sports they are ■known to be.
