The victory avenged an earlier loss that the Little Indians suffered against Forest Hills. The Rangers had won that one, 25-32.Jim Laughlin and Mark Pellman finished one-twofor the Indians. Laughlin’s winning time was 11:21 while Pellman crossed the finish line in 11:27.Third was Forest Hills’ Larry Strayer (11:28), then came Dick Fiscus (I), 11:29, Chris Nettle (FH), 11:32, Doug Felix (FH), 11:35, Dick Felix (FH), 11:41, Ron Hughes (FH), 11:42, Jon Chapman (I), 11:46, and Steve Kolaczfcowski (1), 11:49.“They really did a good job today,” said Indiana coach Jim Irwin. “It was really nice.”The Braves, now 12-1 in dual meets and a first-place finish in a previous Conference meet, left after school today for State College for the District Six meet tomorrow.Coach Irwin rates host State College and Lewis-town as the two teams to beat in the Class A competition. Forest Hills should be the top team in Class B.The Class A meet will begin at 11 a.m., Gass B runners will start at 11:30 a.m. and a JV meet will take place at noon.
