Cairnes, executive vice-pres-| ident. and John Mullen, the director of minor league operations who both expressed hopei of furnishing Eau Claire with! another top-flight club next year.Discussions prior to the meet-j ing resulted in Milwaukee ab-i sorbing a deficit resulting from j Eau Claire's operations during! the past season and promising more financial aid in future I player salaries and insurance. The Braves increased their attendance this year but additional expenses caused a $6,000 def-; icit.The Northern League now has six clubs which are set to operate in 1956.
