The second .round saw Clabby Improving, «l* , though Murphy gained the honors by a wide margin. Toward the clone of the period Clabby adopted Murphy s style or lt;milling and scored frequently with lefts to tlie face. DiUon came out of the bout unmarked, but had been unable to score a knockout.A good draw resulted In the second best card of the evening.
