KIRKPATRICK MAKES 81-YARD RUN BACK FOR TECH —Jack Kirkpatrick (22) took a New Mexico AM punt on his own 24 and ran it 31 yards to the AAM 45 six minutes deep in thefirst quarter, with Tech ahead 14-0. On the next play from scrimmage, James Sides took the ball on a wide end sweep 45 yards to paydirt for Tech’s third touchdown of the first quarter.
