Higgs was second, 29 seconds behind.It was the first time this season that Higgs has failed to win.“He ran a good race.I will give that to him,” Higgs said. “I didn’t.”Higgs said his nose got stopped up after 2 miles and it made breathing difficult for him. But he refused to use it as an excuse .“He beat me,” Higgs said. “No excuse at all. I started off running well, then it started catching up to me.
