A Draw Decision.Indianapolis, - Ind., Oct. 14.~In a whirlwind finish Thursday night Kid Farmer, of Chicago, won a draw decision in a ten-round go with Otto Sieloff, also of Chicago, after haring been apparently whipped to a standstill.
