Bill Cooper, scoring champion with 78 points in eight games, was the closest thing to a unanimous choice in taking this award.Mel Perkina, halfback with Regina Rams, was named the league’s most gentlemanly player combined with outstanding ability.The outstanding lineman award was taken by Barry Mooney, a fourth-year tackle with Saskatoon Hilltops.
