This was Wing’s first decisive defeat of his career, bat since that!.• * I ' ^time he has been improving and ex-ipects to tronnce the Akron man at their next meeting. Then be will take on George Frazer.Billy” Purdy ,the clever colored fighter who went a fifteen-round draw with Brock In Erie last Bprlng, is assisting Frazer In his training. That is the sort of a man that Frazer needs, for while a good puncher, he lacks cleverness and. when he; meets such a man as Simms he will peed a little head work to pull himself out of toght holes.Simms Is doing his training at Akron, and win leave for the scene of battle Monday morning.
