INDIANS HAVE EASYTIME SCORINGWIN IN ELMWOODcThe Wyoming Indians found the road to victory easy in Elmwood last Friday night as they handed the win-less Trojans a 46-0 defeat.There was never any doubt about the outcome of the game, which saw the Indians scoring in each of the first three periods while limiting the Trojans to a net gain of 26 yards and three first downs. lt;Don Tuttle scored the first touchdown for the Indians with a 15 yard run and then ran for the conversion ] points. He scored again a little later j on a ten yard run, but this time the j t conversion attempt failed. The final touchdown ol the first period came , when Tuttle went 20 yards with an f intercepted pass and then ran for the ^ conversion points.In the second period Morrissey carried the ball in for a score on a two yard push and Tuttle scored the con- r version points. The second touchdown £ of the period came on a three yard run c by Colgan. The conversion attempt I failed.Stahl scored the final touchdown of I the game in the third period with a three run. Tuttle scored the conversion points. Previous to that the Indians had added two points on an Elmwood ,safety. jThe Indians gained a total of 320 yards on the ground and 80 yards in the air with the completion of two of four passes. 1It will be homecoming in Wyoming 1 this Friday night when the Indians b will face Wethersfield at 7:30 p.m. The ^ Geese have only a 2-4 showing thus c far this season, definitely a poor one ^ for them, but they have showed a lot of capability at times an dare capable of giving the Indians a bad time if they relax at all.irrE
