Before the game the Negro star said that he had been under the weather the last couple of days, but that he did not want to fail the fans.The game saw several errors on both sides as the weather made the players' fingers stiff.Star* Start It ^The All-Slars started the ballrolling in the second when R.Scott walked, took second on a wild pitch and scored on Atkins' long single along the left field foul line.The spiked up Firemen came back in their half of the innings as Klein singled, was forced at second as Manzitto lived on a fielders choice.
