They obtained Catcher Bill Hall from Charleston in exchange for righthand Pitcher Don Carlsen. Pittsburgh also picked up Pitcher Charles Sipple from Indianapolis as part of an old deal with Cleveland and sold Pitcher Lenny Yochim to New Orleans.The Cardinals, a fast-closing third in the National League, acquired the International League's rookie of the year. Third Baseman Ray Jablonski, from Rochester and picked up five other players from farm clubs.Yanks Release KellerThe Cardinals also obtained from Rochester a pair of pitchers.
