Prof. Robert H. McKim ofthe Mechanical Engineering department said yesterday in the first of a series of informal lectures on da Vind at Tresidder Memorial Union.“M a n cannot survive unless science and the humanities ate integrated,” warned McKim. He pointed out that even da Vinci had 1 trouble correlating his art work J with the invention of war machinery.McKim stated that the integration of art and science is a problem that exists at Stanford.
