They started calling me “Tuffy but it had nothing to do with my football playingFLETCHER CAME up with some big plays the past two weeks as the Aggies blasted Texas Tech. 35-14, and played the socks off LSU before settling for a 7-7 stalemate.“I have a lot of pride in this football team. Fletcher explained. “On defense, weknow that if we stay after 'em and play to win on every play that we’ll come up withthe big play, the interceptionor fumble recovery. He switched to end at AM but received a knee injury against TCU his sophomore year and never really got to see much action after that. After that season he underwent. surgery but the knee still wasn’t strong v. hen fall practice started his junior year he requested to be held out.
