TIME TO CHEER.It is high time that there should besome definite organization for cheering at our big football games. Unsystematic “rooting” is an absurdity. Our team is not prepared to go into an im-toportant contest, unless it has the support of a systematic cheering section. Many games have been won or lost as a9result of the enthusiasm shown by those who occupy the bleachers.Our “Howling Hundred” last year did great work. Its efforts at the Purdue g^me called forth numberless expressions of admiration. It should be revived Immediately. The football men are anxious to see it
