One of the prizes in the bicycle races here on July 4, was an accident insurance policy for th’rty 'days given by J, P. Watkins and it was won by Jack Summerland, of Wabash. Just a j few days before the policy expired Jack had an accident and on making his proofs Mr. Watkins sent him 85.00 a few davs ago.
