Last season, he was just another member of the squad, an unheralded sub. Two weeks ago, he was calling the plays for the Aggies’ fourth string.But last Saturday he was sent in the Nevada game to give first-stringer Dick Gardemal a breather. Sikes directed five of the seven Aggie touchdowns and clinched the starting position.HERE SATURDAY, he ran, passed and led the Aggies to their second straight victory. Previously AM had won only one game in twoseasons.Over 21,000 fans saw the Cadetsthoroughly stomp the Rf,*d Raiders, the same team who just a week ago had outfought the Texas Long-Matched Startend, then cut back to the let side, line for 25 yards and a first dow» * on the Aggies' 33, as the qiarief ended.SECOND QUARTEROn the first play, Stuver w»rtt through the middle for 11 yards a,*a first down on the Aggie 21.
