monk . % . v'Coronado Shamrocks Play SaturdayThe Coronado Lime Cola girls have turned out to be the Coronado bnamrocks and from soft ball they have turned to football.Saturday evening: at 7:30, all dressed out in Coronado High School football togs they will meet Chet Ralph's Hollywood girls in the City Stadium, Balboa Park in San Diego.Dave' Montgomery who managed the girls as Coronado's Soft Ball team is also manager of the football team. He has been pushing them through strenuous practice and says they are in shape to cross the Hollywood goal line enough to win the game.Lauht Rankin, who did such a swell job of pitching in the softball team will be in there at right half, Lois Browning at full back, Catherine Montgomery right half, Carmen Turly quarter back, Jo Wood left end and Winnie Johnson, tackle. 4 *•Coronado will receive a percentage of the gate receipts.Girls playing football is g novel sight and great interest is manifested in San Diego. A large crowd is expected and those who go from Coronado will see a real treat.
